Service Description
Discover the athlete in you with the Athletic Program at Challenge Yourself Fitness. Our integrated training approach is designed to build a well-rounded athlete, focusing on strength and conditioning, reaction, coordination, speed, agility, and functional training. With a focus on commitment and dedication, our program will help you build a solid athletic foundation. This program is a commitment of 2 to 3 times a week for 60 minutes. Membership includes access to all future DEKA events by CYF.
